Software engineer specializing in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and full-stack web development
I am a software engineer currently living in Silicon Valley working on AI projects related to computer vision and speech recognition for Uniquify, Inc. I also do full-stack work on web development projects for individual clients, small businesses, and sometimes just for fun!
Outside of programming I enjoy playing ice hockey, producing music (check out my other site here!), and reading trashy romance manga ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
If you have an idea for an artificial intelligence and/or web based project, please feel free to contact me!
This project finetunes Meta's object detection transformer, DETR, for a two class problem. It also instruments the code to create a per class f1 score for inference images.
Check it outThis computer vision model uses an artificial neural network to identify and localize 60 different types of litter with human-like accuracy. One day it could be used to power a fully autonomous litter collecting robot!
Check it outYou're lookin at it! This site was coded all from scratch using HTML, CSS, and Java for the front end and Python with Django for the back end.
Check it outA twist on the classic MNIST classification task. Instead of simply classifying the digits, flip the model and have it generate new handwritten characters. Now your model can read AND write! They grow up so fast! This project was written in Python using Tensorflow and Keras.
Check it outThis machine learning model was trained to diagnose breast cancer given a fine needle aspirate sample of breast mass. It was trained using Breast Cancer Wisconsin Diagnostic data set. This project was written in Python utilizing the scikit-learn library.
Check it outArchitected, trained, and tested an artificial neural network to read handwritten letters from the EMNIST Letters dataset. This project is written in Python using TensorFlow and Keras.
Check it outFour bots fight for their pitiful lives against time, nature, and other obstacles to harvest as much food as possible for the upcoming winter. All for your entertainment! Will they survive or become another victim of mother nature's indifference? This rule based system was written in a combination of HTML, Java, and LISP.
Check it outA simple Best Search First maze solving AI that navigates an HTML grid like a lab rat. It uses a heuristic function to take the most optimized path to the cheese which it will never taste. The AI algorithm and animation scripts are written in Java.
